Worship Committee Update: Masks

In light of the significant drop in Covid cases over the last few weeks, Mayor Lumumba’s dropping of the mask mandate in the city of Jackson, and following CDC recommendations, the Worship Committee has voted to change our policy of masking while inside the Church. The wearing of masks during services will now be OPTIONAL (instead of "strongly encouraged"). However, if another surge develops, it may require a reinstatement of mask wearing.

We are all having to manage this pandemic and our personal decisions day-by-day. The Worship Committee is optimistic about the current situation, and hopeful that it holds.
