Capital Campaign and Stewardship Update: Thanksgiving 2023

Entering the seasons of Thanksgiving, Advent, and Christmas, the Fondren Presbyterian Church community has much to be thankful for. There are so many ways you support the ministry of Jesus Christ through this church community. Your participation and support make it possible for Fondren Presbyterian to continue to demonstrate the love of Christ with each other, in the community and in the world.

Church and community members also exhibit their faith through their financial commitment and support in several ways:

First, through our annual stewardship campaign. Our members are responding and we appreciate the willingness of people to commit to this church in demonstration of how much fellow members and programs mean to you.

Second, we are in the home stretch of a Capital Campaign that began in the fall of 2022. We have raised $1,162,000 toward our goal of $1.5 million. We have achieved almost 80% of our goal needing only $338,000 to get us across the finish line.

Finally, an additional $50,000 matching fund has been created to move us toward the goal. Any gift to the Capital Campaign will be matched and thus double the impact of additional giving.
