Holy Week Servies
Join in the journey to the Cross through meaningful worship at the following times:
March 29 — MAUNDY THURSDAY Communion, 7 PM
The Thursday of Holy Week is the night when Christians around the world recall the last night Jesus spent with his disciples sharing a meal and leaning into one another as they awaited the events of the coming days.
March 30 — GOOD FRIDAY TENEBRAE, 7 PM
Good Friday is the day of solemn remembrance of the crucifixion of Jesus and the heavy shadow of the cross. The Tenebrae or "Darkness" service recalls the last words of Jesus before his death.
March 31 — THE GREAT VIGIL OF EASTER, 7:30 PM
The Great Vigil of Easter is the first service of the Easter season and a chance to experience the resurrection story in a new way. This candlelight service begins in front of the church around the fire then processes into the church for a service of light, readings, and sacraments. If you enjoy the candlelight Christmas Eve service, you will LOVE the Great Vigil.
